About Alexia Maas
A fascinating journey so far.
Having lived and worked in several countries around the world, and enjoying a successful career as an International Lawyer, Global Executive, Board Director, Executive Coach, Community Volunteer and now also as an Industry Leading Author, there isn’t much Alexia doesn’t know about trying to do it all.
What Alexia says about this journey: “In our desire to do more with less, we often lose sight of what’s really important and by continuing to add things to our “to do” list, we lose control of our most precious resource: TIME. As the scope of our roles and responsibilities continues to expand, it becomes harder to identify the true priorities. Constantly doing more is easy. The hard part is finding ways to do less and still be productive where it counts. I went on this journey myself and have found ways that helped me master this balance. I now help my clients, readers and colleagues do likewise by finding practical approaches to the challenges of today so they can “steal back” time, get things done, and still have time leftover to enjoy their personal life.”
